Feeding the Whole Family



Child Nutrition (3 years and older)

Let's start at the beginning! Karen will work with parents to educate and guide on ideal foods to be stored in the kitchen, healthy meal options and tasty snacks their kids will eat. In addition to creating meal plans and shopping lists, parents learn how to establish daily, balanced routines and if necessary, effect behavior change for eating habits, snacking and medical issues.


Teen Nutrition

Preparing teenagers to live healthy, well-balanced lives can be challenging. Their nutritional needs change as their bodies mature, and their knowledge of what constitutes healthy eating becomes more complex as they become more socially active and independent. Karen's goal in working with teens is to help them make the best choices for themselves, while not make their parents become the "food police". Creating change while supporting positive self-esteem is the goal here.


Family Nutrition

What better way to effect positive change than to work with the whole family! Making health changes a family affair can be fun and very successful. Families will meet with Karen either at her office or in the comfort of your own home. Individual and group goals including wellness and exercise commitments will be set.
