Ridgebrook Plaza is just south of Dundee Road on the west side of Skokie Boulevard.

When you reach the Ridgebrook Plaza entrance, stay to the right and follow signs to west side (rear entrance) of building. Enter building entrance containing signage for Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago Outpatient (west/rear entrance). Once in the building, make a right at the hallway and my office is the first office on the left (across from family bathroom).
